Justice Bid

Built From the Ground Up. A Story of Grit, Growth & Impact.

Contact Us

Justice Bid started from the ground up. Nothing was given. Everything was earned.

Our company’s roots run deep in the Legal community. They also run deep in the community itself. As a young activist growing up in Chicago, our CEO and founder Omar Sweiss saw the ability for the field of law to enable proper, fair environments for any person or entity to compete and thrive, from humble families and neighborhoods to the world’s biggest brands and businesses.

After working as a lawyer, Omar founded Justice Bid with this ethos in mind. Since its inception in 2021, we help the world’s largest and most recognizable companies bridge data, outside counsel selection, and inclusion as an integrated operation that fuels business growth sensibly and cost-efficiently. Our innovation is non-stop, and it is predicated on filling critical practitioner gaps that we experienced as attorneys and procurement professionals. Along the way, we are an ambassador for change and impact in the Legal industry.

Omar Sweiss

Chief Executive Officer

Omar Sweiss is the Founder and CEO of Justice Bid. The company was born out of Omar’s own experience as a business owner — while running his commercial real estate firm, he often struggled to know whether he was hiring the right law firm for the matter at hand, or whether he was overpaying. That frustration ultimately led him to law school, where he quickly realized that corporate legal departments faced the same challenges at a larger scale.

A trained lawyer and lifelong entrepreneur, Omar brings more than 20 years of experience building businesses and investing in diverse ventures, including a decade as in-house counsel. A proud South Sider, he is also a passionate advocate for inclusion — particularly in the legal industry — frequently speaking and writing on issues of systemic reform and access. His personal journey fuels Justice Bid’s mission: to bring transparency, accountability, and fairness to the legal sourcing process.
